Boardwalk Drug-Dealing Investigation Yields 10 Arrests In Atlantic City: Prosecutor

Ten people were arrested in a drug-dealing investigation along the Atlantic City Boardwalk, authorities said.

The suspects were charged with various drug-related offenses to include: narcotics possession, narcotics distribution, narcotics distribution within 500 feet of a public zone, the unlawful possession of a firearm, and the unlawful possession of hollow point ammunition.

In addition to the above charges, the State will be applying for a Drug Offender Restraining Order against these individuals pertaining to the Atlantic City Boardwalk and surrounding areas.

Seized were various quantities of suspected cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, over 11 pounds of marijuana, and a loaded .22 caliber handgun containing hollow point bullets.

The following were charged:

Ralph Davis, 24, of Delanco, (No Photo);  Kasheem Marshall, 47, of Newark (No Photo);  Robert McCollum, 44, of Piscataway (No Photo) Phillip Love, 40, of Atlantic City;  Demetrius Bowman, 31, of Philadelphia (No Photo); Tre Visco, 28, of Brigantine; Jamar Avril, 19, of Atlantic City; Gabriel Santos, 20, of Brigantine; Beth Rhody, 38, of Atlantic City; and Joseph Hackney, 30, of Pennsauken (theft charge only)
